D&W Return Policy
In Dot&Wall customer’s satisfaction is on top of our priorities. We want you to have an amazing experience when purchasing that piece of art you love. Although we are convinced that your new artwork will fill you with excitement, we offer you 10 days to enjoy it or decide to return it and receive a refund on the money you paid.
Please note the following conditions to apply for the reimbursement:
- Contact experience@dotandwall.com via email describing your case and order number.
- Preserve the packaging in which the artwork was delivered, otherwise you will have to take care of the package under your responsibility (the packaging must meet the same protection conditions as it was delivered). Re-pack the work in the original box the same way as received.
- You will be contacted via email by our Customer Service with detailed information on how to proceed for the return of the artwork.
- The customer will be responsible for the transportation fee due to the return. The cost will be deducted from the amount paid for the artwork.
- If the return of the artwork is due to damage of bad conditions at the moment of the delivery (peeling, rupture, etc.) you must attach pictures where the damage is showed. No returning fees will be charged in this case.
- As soon as we confirm the return of the artwork in the right conditions, we will refund your payment.
